What is Quina?
Native to the Andes, Quina (Cinchona calisaya) is Peruvian shrub with large glossy leaves and fragrant yellow/green or red flowers. Quina is the source for the malaria treatment Quinine, of which the higest concentration exists primarily in the bark of the evergreen.

An Anti-Inflammatory:
In July 2005, pharmacological studies were conducted in laboratory rodents at the University of Guayaquil in Ecuador. In the study the Quina was demonstrated to have anti-inflammatory effect similar to indomethycine and can be used to address inflammation from inflammatory agents such as carragenine, as observed in animal testing and as appears in specialized literature.

Suggested Use:
Put 1 to 15 drops in a glass, add 4 oz. (120mL) of pure water ad wait one minute before drinking. Start with 1 drop 2 times per day slowly increasing up to 15 drops 2 times per day or as directed by your physician.
